Order Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–10 business days

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances

If your tracking has not been updated for more than 21 days, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation.

Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
