We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and we want to make sure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with us. As many of our items are produced specifically for each order, please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please contact us before your order enters production
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be made within 28 days of delivery. Requests outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

For size or design exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund, and no return is required.

Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):
Australia:

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by peak seasons, customs, or other external factors.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking has not been updated for over 21 days, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation and provide an appropriate resolution.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers and is outside of our control.
